CERT Solutions are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in West Bromwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a rewarding and fulfilling role.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with a range of special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
  • Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
  • Use tailored strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and social development.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide personalised learning experiences.

CERT Solutions are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who:

  • Has experience supporting children with SEN in a school or specialist setting.
  • Is patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education.
  • Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Has knowledge of strategies to support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.
  • Holds relevant TA qualifications or significant experience in SEN education.
  • All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
