Description
CERT Solutions are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive mainstream primary school in Aston, working within their dedicated ASC Resource Base.
The school are searching for TA’s who have extensive SEN School or resource base experience, who are able to hit the ground running after Easter.
We are currently after staff who can fulfil this full-time position, working term time only and can commit to a long term role until at least the end of July.
Role Details

Supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

Start date: Immediately after Easter holidays
Requirements:

Previous experience in an SEN school or resource base setting is essential
- Level 3 Qualification in a relevant area

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

Strong communication and behaviour management skills
