CERT Solutions are searching for a committed Specialist SEND Teacher to join a well-established and highly skilled SEND team at one of our primary schools.

The successful candidate will work closely with the SEND teaching team, including the Headteacher (SENCO), Assistant Headteacher for SEND, and SEND Teaching Assistants, to support children with profound and multiple, severe, and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop and train as a SENCO in the future.

This would be a full time role, starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build excellent relationships with children, staff, and families
  • Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to meet the needs of children with complex SEND
  • Work collaboratively with the SEND leadership team to implement effective support strategies
  • Maintain high standards in the classroom and contribute to a motivated and hardworking team

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with children with SEND, particularly profound and multiple, severe, and complex needs
  • Strong understanding of specialist education and early childhood development
  • Knowledge of strategies and interventions to support children with complex needs
  • Passionate, patient, and committed to inclusive education
