Position: SEN Mathematics Teacher
Location: Walsall
Start Date: After February Half Term
Contract Type: Full-Time
Qualifications Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
About the Role:
In this role, you will inspire and engage students, fostering a love for Mathematics while delivering high-quality lessons. You will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing students across various key stages, contributing to their academic success and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback for improvement
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the department’s goals
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to continuous professional development
