CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that specialise in flexible day cover, short/long term roles, as well as fixed term contracts and permanent positions also.
We work with a mix of primary, secondary, PRU and SEN settings across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and other surrounding areas to fill vacancies within education.
We are working with an OFSTED rated GOOD secondary school near Walsall, that require a Full Time Maths Teacher, who is able to plan and mark.
The position will be to start after February half term and the pay is expected to be around £162-£220 per day (dependent of pay scale), paid on a weekly basis.
To be considered you must have a experience working within a secondary school (UK), with good understanding of the KS3/4 curriculum.
Please note that only candidates with suitable experience will be considered for this post, and must hold a suitable qualification and experience.
The successful candidate will essentially have:
- A UK teaching degree and QTS/QTLS or equivalent
- Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be processed for a fee)
- 2 references that cover the past two years (one should ideally be education based)
- Availability to work between 8:30-3:30 – Monday – Friday (or we have flexi shifts available)
Your responsibilities will be:
- To teach secondary aged pupils following the UK curriculum
- Must be comfortable with planning and marking responsibilities
- Follow and track the development of students in your care
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
