The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining an engaging learning environment. You’ll:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Provide support and encouragement to students in their studies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a classroom environment or working with young people (essential).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and year groups.
- A positive attitude and passion for inspiring students to succeed.
