Are you an experienced educator or professional with a passion for supporting students in their learning journey? We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors looking to work on a part-time basis, starting after February half-term in schools across the Sandwell area.

- Experience is essential – You’ll need a background in education, classroom management, or working with young people.
- Enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Your Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring continuity in education. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans.
- Managing classroom behavior effectively.
- Supporting students in their learning and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
