CERT Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Faculty to join a school in the Birmingham area in their English department. The School are looking for someone who is vibrant, positive and someone who truly has a genuine interest about making a difference. The Headteacher and Deputy would like to interview suited applicants as soon as possible and give a tour around the school.
The Head of English Faculty post has a TLR point 2.2 which equates to around £5,500,plus SEN allowance of £2,679 on top of the main teachers pay scale.

Requirements:
- QTS or a relevant Teaching Qualification
- Experience teaching English
- Demonstration of leadership and managing a department
