CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that specialise in flexible day cover, short/long term roles, as well as fixed term contracts and permanent positions also.
We work with a mix of primary, secondary, PRU and SEN settings across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are working with alot of primary schools near in Sandwell/Dudley area, that are looking for a qualified staff to join the team on a long term or flexible basis, starting ASAP.
To be considered you must have a experience working with children or young people in a UK setting. You will also require a UK (L2/L3) teaching assistant qualification or similar (childcare/health&social care accepted). If you are a childcare practitioner or teaching assistant looking to work on supply around current commitments or studies, we would love to hear from you!
When working on supply, you are in total control over the days you work, the bookings you accept and the locations you travel to. We work around you!
The successful candidate will essentially have:
- A UK (L2/L3) teaching assistant qualification or similar (childcare/health&social care accepted)
- Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be processed for a fee)
- 2 references that cover the past two years (one should be childcare or education based)
- Availability to work between 8:30-3:30 on the days you are free (you let us know your availability weekly)
Your responsibilities will be:
- To support primary students during lessons
- Following instructions from the class teacher in charge
- Support whole class, as well as some small group work
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
