Description
CERT Solutions are looking for a PE Teacher to work in an Alternative Provision in the Birmingham area, the role involves teaching PE to students who have been excluded from mainstream school. Small groups of pupils from 4 – 8 pupils per class with a Teaching Assistant who knows the students very well to support throughout the day.
The ideal candidate would need a proven track record of delivering PE making sessions engaging whilst having strong behaviour management. The alternative provision is looking for someone to start as soon as possible to cover a long term sickness cover.
The role:
- PE Teacher
- Birmingham – near the Quinton area
- Secondary
- Full time – long term sickness cover
- January 2025 start
Requirements:
- UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in English
- Interest in special schools
