CERT Solutions are working with a secondary schools based in and around the Stourbridge area and are looking for QTS/QTLS staff who would like flexible daily cover, supporting schools with general cover as well as mid to long term cover.
This role would be desirable for teachers who need a flexible work life balance and for those who don’t want the added responsibility of planning and marking lessons.
Start Date: ASAP
End date: Ongoing
The desired teachers will have strong values and a dedication to safeguarding to all students. This role would be suitable for NQT’s/ECT’s as well as experienced teachers.
The successful teacher will essentially have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience of teaching (minimum 6 months)
- Have a real passion for your subject that you can instil into your pupils
- strong classroom management skills
- NQT teachers are welcome to apply
- Clear DBS on the update service
Your responsibilities will be:
- To teach students to a high standard
- To support the other members of staff at the school
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Assessing, marking, and planning lesson for the students
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
