CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that specialise in flexible day cover, short/long term roles, as well as fixed term contracts and permanent positions also. We work with a mix of primary, secondary, PRU and SEN settings across Birmingham/Sandwell/Dudley and surrounding areas.
We are working with an SEN school near Harborne, that are looking for full time and part time SEN Teaching Assistants to support within the school!
To be considered you must have a level 2/3 or above in teaching assistant, childcare or similar and you must have prior experiencing working with SEN children in UK.
The successful candidate will essentially have:
- A level 2/3 or above in teaching assistant, childcare or similar
- Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be applied for)
- Availability full time – (Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30) – or flexible
Your responsibilities will be:
- To support SEND students during lessons
- Follow the behavioural policies set by the school
- Ensuring the safeguarding of pupils always
- To follow the instruction of the classroom teacher
