Are you passionate about languages and inspiring young minds? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Halesowen.
The Role
You will:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in one or more modern foreign languages (e.g., French, Spanish, or German).
- Inspire a love of languages, culture, and global communication in students.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Plan and assess effectively to meet the needs of diverse learners.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated professional who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching MFL to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Is committed to raising standards and achieving outstanding student outcomes.
- Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a collaborative approach to teaching.
