We are recruiting a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant for a special school in Lozells.
Our client specializes in supporting children with complex needs, PMLD, and severe learning disabilities meaning experience in these areas is essential.
About the Role:
Position: Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: January 2025
Commitment: Full-time, long-term role
Location: Lozells
Focus: Assisting students with PMLD, SLD, and complex needs in their educational journey.
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Health and Social Care.
– At least 6 months of experience working in special schools.
– A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
– Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
