We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to work in the Kidderminster region. Joining our team offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a variety of schools, work with diverse student populations, and build valuable skills.

Duties of a supply teacher:

  • Delivering lessons across various subjects and year groups
  • Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment for students
  • Managing behaviour and promoting positive student behaviour
  • Providing feedback to regular teachers and keeping accurate records of work completed
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members and following school policies and procedures

Requirements to be a supply teacher:

  • A qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE)
  • A strong understanding of primary school curriculum and teaching methods
  • The ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and with different year groups and subjects
  • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to apply for one.

All rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
