Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a little boy in a specialized school setting in Harborne. This role is perfect for someone with a calm, patient demeanor and a genuine commitment to helping children thrive.
What You’ll Do:
– Provide consistent, compassionate support in both learning and personal development
– Help create a safe, structured, and enjoyable learning environment tailored to his needs
– Work closely with the school team and family to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking
Requirements:
– Experience working with children with autism (essential)
– Availability to work full-time (school hours)
– A caring, adaptable approach and a real desire to make a positive impact
