CERT Solutions are searching for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team to help support mainstream primary schools across Coventry.
These roles focus on providing support to students with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs
- Implement individualized strategies to encourage positive behavior and engagement
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN, especially ADHD, Autism, and behavior needs
- UK Level 3 Qualified or equivalent
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
