About the Role:
You will be responsible for teaching engaging and practical D&T lessons that inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. With a strong focus on creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving, you’ll help students develop confidence and expertise in various areas of design and technology, including product design, engineering, and digital skills. This role is perfect for a teacher with a deep enthusiasm for design, innovation, and hands-on learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching Design and Technology to secondary school students.
- Strong subject knowledge in areas such as product design, graphics, resistant materials, or systems and control.
- Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students.
- Commitment to the school’s values and dedication to student success and development.
