CERT Solutions are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic teacher to join a lovely primary school in Sutton Coldfield.
This role is ideal for a flexible teacher who can confidently cover all classes across Key Stage 1, delivering high-quality education to children in Years 1 and 2.
To start in January 2025, the role will be full time long term.
As our KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Creating engaging, differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum that support each child’s unique learning journey.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel encouraged and confident to learn.
- You will cover various classes within KS1, requiring adaptability and strong knowledge of the entire Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Maintaining a well-organized and supportive classroom setting that encourages learning and personal growth.
- Regularly assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Working closely with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to ensure consistency and continuity in education.
Key Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1, with the ability to engage children aged 5-7 effectively.
- Ability to step into different KS1 classes as needed, maintaining continuity and enthusiasm for learning across all areas.
- Able to engage with children, staff, and parents in a positive and professional manner.
- Passion for supporting young learners’ educational and personal development, with a proactive approach to continued professional growth.
