Are you passionate about education and looking for a flexible, rewarding role? We are currently seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team! With an increase in day-to-day cover opportunities, we need enthusiastic individuals to help support local secondary schools across the area.
About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school day when teachers are absent. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes, ensuring that students are engaged in pre-set work.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Providing support to students, answering questions, and clarifying instructions.
- Ensuring a calm, positive, and productive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualification – A Degree level or equivalent as a minimum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage groups of students effectively.
- A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is an advantage but not essential.
- A passion for education and helping young people succeed.
