CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency, working with primary, secondary, SEN/PRU settings across Birmingham, Sandwell and surrounding areas.

We are currently working with a special school in North Birmingham who are looking for an SEN Teacher for a January 2025 start. The role will involve supporting a class of 9 pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) along with Autism and other needs. Communication is limited so having experience with communications aids is preferred.

The class currently has two strong TAs and a third TA who works 1:1 with one of the pupils in the class. The Headteacher is hoping to find a teacher who can commit to at least a full term initially then they are hoping to advertise the role permanently with the hope the current teacher in post applies.

Requirements:

  • UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in primary, secondary or SEN/PRU schools
  • SEN experience required
