Position: Experienced Primary School Teacher (No ECTs)
Location: Handsworth, Birmingham
Contracts: Full-time, Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the success and well-being of each child.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour management and support pupils in developing positive learning habits.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- A UK qualified teacher with significant experience in primary education (No ECTs).
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
- A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with the wider school community.
