Position: Cover Supervisor
- Location: Willenhall
- Contract: Full-Time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Support students’ academic progress and behavior management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people (preferred).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A positive attitude, patience, and flexibility.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
