CERT Solutions are searching for a Year 4 teacher to join the team at a two-form entry primary school in Handsworth.
This role is to cover long term sickness and as such the school are looking for an experienced teacher to help plan lessons alongside the year group partner.
Initially up until Christmas, this role has potential to run for the full academic year.
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for your students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering the curriculum, assessing student progress, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Position: Year 4 Teacher
Location: Handsworth, Birmingham
Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support student development
- Participate in school events and activities
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching at the primary level, preferably Year 4
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
