Position: Full-Time Cover Supervisors
Location: Walsall
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
- Supporting students’ educational progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and classroom management abilities.
- A passion for education and student development.
- Must have experience working with behavioral management pupils
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
