CERT Solutions are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Bartley Green on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in achieving their full potential, working alongside a passionate team of educators.

Location: Bartley Green, Secondary School
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in delivering high-quality education
- Assist students with their learning in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
- Help to create an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and other learning requirements
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure each student’s needs are met
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a secondary school setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for supporting the educational development of young people
- DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
All rates are inclusive of holiday pay
