CERT Solutions are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join the welcoming team at a lovely primary school in Ladywood.
The school are looking for an experienced teacher who is able to provide an outstanding learning experience for their students. Unfortunately at this point they cannot offer this role to ECT’s.
The role will be full time, with full class teacher responsibilities, starting in September 2024 for the full academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
- Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of pupils, ensuring they achieve their learning objectives.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages active learning and fosters the social and emotional development of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and academic success.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong preference for those with specific Year 4 experience.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage full teaching responsibilities.
