CERT Solutions are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to oversee a primary school’s for the Autumn term. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the nursery setting, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Supporting and mentoring the nursery staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Monitoring and assessing children’s progress, providing feedback and support to parents
- Ensuring the nursery operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Early Years Education
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and team management
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
