CERT Solutions are looking for ECT’s to help support primary, secondary or SEN schools across Birmingham and Sandwell with daily, short term assignments and long term cover. (contracted and permanent available in some areas)
Daily supply work may appeal to individuals who are looking for a flexible work life balance as working on supply you can pick what days you are available each week.
Furthermore, as a newly qualified teacher it allows you to visit a few schools in your local area, gain more classroom experience and explore your preferences/find out whats out there, before commiting to something more long term/permanent.
It is not uncommon for our schools to take our candidates on permanently if you get on well, so this is a great way to start your teaching career in such a competitive market.
What we require from you:
- Good knowledge of the UK curriculum required (EY or KS1 or KS2 / KS3/4 or KS5)
- UK school experience needed
- Be available to work between 2-5 days per week
- Qualification: PGCE with QTS or equivalent
- Atleast 3 months classroom experience (paid or placement)
- Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be processed for £46 – which can be used with all other companies going forward)
